Welcome to your little cottage on the lake! Located on Lake Tapps, this home is a mother in law unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a large living room, dining area, and a full kitchen. Appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer. This is a no smoking home and small pets ok (under 25 lbs) limit of one pet with an added deposit ($350-$500 depending on pet screening results). Water, Sewer and Garbage flat fee per $35. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed for all major holidays. If there is no showtime available that could be because the home is currently occupied, please request a time and our staff will coordinate a showtime with the current occupant.”
