We have both 1 and 2 BR apartments. The 1 BR apartments rent from $565.00 to $605.00 per month plus electricity. The 2 BR’s range in price from $585.00 to $625.00 per month plus electricity. Our buildings have coin-op laundry and off-street parking. The landlord pays for water, hot water, sewer, and trash removal. You as the tenant would be responsible for your rent plus electricity. The apartments are electric for heat, AC, lights, and appliances. They come with a stove and refrigerator as well as AC units. They are not furnished. I do not have an estimated monthly charge for the electricity- your bills are based on your usage. Duquesne Light is the provider and they can give you an average based on the previous tenant's usage. We do have an income requirement that each applicant must gross at least 3 times the rental amount monthly. Credit and background checks are required. Pets are not permitted.
