This student housing apartment is living at its finest. Each apartment has shared living room and kitchen. Each room comes with a private bath. These units are perfect for UNR students and are a short walk to the University. The common area comes complete with a stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Washer/dryer is also provided. Maximum occupancy is one tenant per unit, no pets. Power bill is divided between all other tenants based on use. Unit includes all other utilities plus Wi-Fi. A $450 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. All applicants with a credit score below 600 will be required to sign up for a credit enhancement program. This is offered at an additional charge and applies to all adults applying.
