The pine floors have character with newer linoleum in bath and kitchen. There is wood pergo in room next to kitchen and wood floors in the hallway and double parlor off the front.

The tiled kitchen has plenty of cabinets and a gas stove. Bathroom tub has three tiled walls and a linen closet. There is also a mirror double sliding door closet and a hall closet as well as a pantry with an abandoned washer & dryer from the prior tenant which we believe work fine.

It is an older Victorian with higher ceilings and nice molding detail.

4346 25th Street is a 4 unit building. This unit is on the ground floor at the front but has a nice view of the City through tall pine trees from the rear because of its place on crest of the hill.

There is somewhat of a downtown view from the back porch and kitchen pantry

The unit gets good light throughout because of the detached house along the side. The front window are on the sidewalk.

There is a very large backyard which is very pleasant and green which one of the neighbors puts a lot of effort into.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The hills that surround Noe Valley give it an air of remoteness and removal from the city which, along with the plethora of pretty, long-standing Victorians, is what attracts families with kids, dogs and strollers to the neighborhood. The neighborhood has always been a San Francisco favorite which makes for larger Victorians wider sidewalks and some grand renovations. This is the where the best weather in the City begins and extends to the bay through the neighboring Mission distrect. The easy access to the Peninsula on either highways 280 or 101 is appreciated by many

TRANSIT: Walk to Diamond St & 25th St a minute away to catch the 35 and go to hub at Market and Castro or walk to 24th St & Diamond St to catch the 48 down 24th Street to the 24th St BART/Subway station. Catch the J-Church Metro is a five minute walk away.
