Application Requirement: All occupants 18 years of age or older must each complete a rental application, pay the non-refundable application fee, and be individually approved.

Income Requirement: Applicants must provide verifiable income equal to at least 2 times the monthly rent amount.

Automatic Denials: Applications will be automatically denied for any of the following:

• Prior evictions
• Money owed to a landlord, property management company, or apartment complex
• Any open bankruptcy
• Judgments or unpaid balances owed to a utility company or municipality (city services)
• Sex Offender List
• Valid US Government Issued ID
