- Application is not complete or submitted untill application fee is paid.
- $49.99 Application Fee per adult (18 and older)
- Applications will not be processed until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid for their application.
- Proof of Income : (most recent check stub, bank accout statement and/or letter from employer)
- Current/valid Photo ID
- Do not proceed with the completion and submission of an application unless you have read and agreed to these instructions.
