Welcome to Asset Property Management FL. Thank you for your interest in our property. Please read the minimum qualification requirements and complete all application fields below. You will be contacted upon determination of approval or denial.

PET SCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal.

When applying to reside in one of our properties, please be prepared to pay the Application Fee of $80.00 (NON REFUNDABLE). Upon approval of your Application, you will then be required to pay first month full rent, security deposit, lease administrative fee of $300.00 (This is a one time fee and does not pertain to each applicant) in certified funds. You will be required to sign a lease within 48 hours of notification from us that your application has been approved.

RENTERS INSURANCE AND PROOF OF UTILITIES Renters insurance and proof of utility transfer is required prior to picking up keys for move in. Proof of utilities, stating that the utilities for the property are no longer owner/landlord responsibility and must be maintained according to the lease terms.

The property will remain on the market until the deposit and processing fee are paid.

Normally applications will be processed on a ‘first come-first served basis’; however, if more than one application is submitted before approval can be achieved, we will approve the highest qualified application. All adults (18 and over) must complete individual applications.

If you are applying to be a GUARANTOR for another applicant, please be prepared to pay the application fee shown below and to upload the following documentation at the time you make application: Photo ID, Proof of Income, Notarized Guarantor Form.

  • All applicants must see the interior of the property before a Residential Lease can be submitted and accept the property in an AS IS condition, except where there is written agreement for repairs with the Landlord or you sign an Unseen Addendum. If so, the agreements will become a part of the lease. Verbal representations are non-binding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FL

-. Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rental amount. Married couples may combine income to meet minimum requirement.

  • Verifiable income (employment or other sources) for the past 12 months.
  • Verifiable rental reference or mortgage payment for the past 12 months.
  • No active Bankruptcies.
  • No monies owed to past landlords or evictions in the last 7 years.
  • If pets are approved, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet rent of minimum $35 per pet per month on all properties that allow pets depending on your prescreening results. Failure to disclose pets may result in 7 Day Non-Right to Cure Notice.
