• All occupants 18+ must pass a credit & background check and provide income verification
• Combined household income should be about 3x the rent (2.5x to 2.99x is reviewed case by case)
• Prior evictions or rental-history issues are reviewed by management
• No smoking of any kind
• Utility responsibility varies by property; see each listing
• Applicants are strongly advised to speak with the property manager before applying
• Security deposit is due after the lease is signed; first month's rent is due by the lease start date
