To be approved, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Credit & background screening must be completed. Applications without completed screenings will not be processed.
• Co-applicants must submit a separate application and screening.
• $50 non-refundable application fee covers the credit and background checks.
• Minimum credit score: 550.
• No evictions or judgments.
• Income must be at least 3× the monthly rent.
• No major/violent criminal or drug offenses.
• Renters insurance is required.
• Pets: $250 one-time pet fee + $25/month per animal. ESA/service animals are exempt with required documentation.
• We currently offer 12-month leases only.
