The bathroom and kitchen is shared a another tenant of ours in her who is in her 60s. This tenant is very clean and keeps to herself therefore it is important that we find someone who will be respectful of the shared space and can keep the space as cleaned as it's been. Bedroom available in high livable condition, with a full kitchen, full spacious bathroom and hardwood floor. Common area will be the kitchen and bathroom. Utilities are paid by the owner, therefore tenant is only responsible for their cable.
