We accept cats & dogs where specified for individual properties. All pet fees are NONREFUNDABLE. There is a minimum charge of $300 per animal plus a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet. There is an additional pet fee of $150 per additional animal with a max limit of 3. Unauthorized animals or any animals not reported to our office are subject to a pet violation fee.
