Pine Grove Casitas has recently renovated, with new upgraded interiors in 2021/2022! Upgrades include all-new kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and carpets, new paint and new wall air conditioners, dishwashers, stoves and water heaters in every unit. About our complex: Pine Grove Casitas is a quiet, affordable complex surrounded by trees, located with convenient access to Antelope Valley Mall, Sierra Highway and the 14 freeway. All units are 2BR, 1 BA, and approximately 710-725 square feet (see note below). Tenants enjoy courtyard access, an onsite laundry room, and one complimentary covered parking space and small outdoor storage box. Street parking and neighboring lot parking is available.

No laundry hookups available in units. Tenants provide their own refrigerator and microwave. Tenants pay all utilities, including a ratio of community utilities based on occupancy (RUBS).

Pets (dogs and cats only) are welcome with additional pet deposit and pet rent, with proof of vaccinations, weight limits and breed restrictions. Occupancy limits include pets.
