1. We require $300 non-refundable fee each pet and $25 add-on for your first pet and $10 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent per month maximum of 3.
2. For Restricted Breeds such as Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, "Wolf Dog", Great Dane, Husky, Bullterrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow, Pitbull, Doberman, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, we require $375 non-refundable fee each pet and $45 add-on for your first pet and $25 add-on for each succeeding pet on top of the rent/month maximum of 3
3. For Emotional Support or Service Animals, NO CHARGES will be applied.
4. We require a pet application which will be $20 each pet including Emotional support and Service animals.

600 to 649 - Normal deposit
550 to 599 - Normal deposit plus 50% of rent non-refundable MITIGATION FEE
500 to 549 - Normal deposit plus 100% of rent non-refundable MITIGATIONK FEE
If employed less than a year (CURRENT EMPLOYER):
650 above - Normal deposit

Most landlords only report negative credit references but here at Stevens we want to reward you for meeting your obligations on time.
This is an added benefit/incentive that we are putting in place for paying rents on time, taking care of the property and just being a good tenant.
This will also help our residents improve payment history for future home purchases, as well as help our younger tenants in establishing a credit history
2. Income Requirements :
Total or combined household monthly income must be at least 3x the rent.

4. How long and how much is the application :
$35/adult(non-refundable). 2-3 business days.
5. What cause my application to get automatically declined :
UTILITY COLLECTIONS, FELONIES within 10yrs, EVICTIONS, LANDLORD COLLECTIONS and DRUG CHARGES.
6. How much would it cost to move in :
We require the first month's rent(prorated), the deposit, $75 lease processing fee, and other fees/charges required for the property(see description above).
