2. Income Requirements :
Total or combined household monthly income must be at least 2x the rent.
3. If I like the house what is the next step I need to take :
Submit an application through our website at www.stevensrentals.com.
4. How long and how much is the application :
$50/adult(non-refundable). 2-3 business days.
5. What causes my application to get automatically declined :
UTILITY COLLECTIONS, FELONIES within 10yrs, EVICTIONS, LANDLORD COLLECTIONS, BANKRUPTCY within 5 years, and DRUG CHARGES.
6. How much would it cost to move in :
We require the first month's rent(prorated), the deposit, $100 lease preparation fee, and other fees/charges required for the property(see description above).
