This will positively increase the tenants buying power and enjoy low interests on credit cards.

** UTILITIES ***
1. Our Utilities Concierge Service will assist in connecting your utilities prior to moving in to your rental home.

3. Pay only $100 utility hook up fee(NON-REFUNDABLE) instead of approximately $400 through the utility company.
4. A monthly service fee of $9.95 will be itemized in your utility charges.
