Outdoor Living - The stunning Lanai glass-covered private pool, with plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35 per day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival.

This Villa is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use.

Outdoor Living - The stunning Lanai glass-covered private pool, with plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use.
