Criminal History:
A criminal background check is required. Criminal history is evaluated individually based on the nature, severity, and timing of offenses.

Pets:
Cats and small dogs allowed with approval. Limit 2 pets
A $200 refundable pet deposit per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet apply.
Assistance animals are exempt from all pet fees and restrictions with proper documentation as required by law.
