- Minimum Income: 3.0 x monthly gross

- Security Deposits:

1 time rent amount

- No evictions or debt from previous landlords in the past 3 yrs

- No bankruptcies

- No smokers

- No felonies

- Tenant are responsible for all utilities(water/electric/gas), garbage, and sewer fees

- Good on time payment history for the past 2 yrs(ideally higher than 80%)

- We provide with stove and refrigerator

- We charge $9 extra for submission to credit report agencies(credhub)

- Preferably no pets. Additional pet fee: $50/pet/mo.

- 2 people max per room.

- Copy of bank statements, showing equivalent of 3 months of rent

- Renter’s Insurance is mandatory
