2) How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

3) Are any dog breeds restricted?
Yes, please see the "Qualifying Criteria" tab on our website to view the list of restricted breeds.

4) Does my spouse/partner have to fill out an application?
Anyone 18 and older must submit an application, even if they are not financially responsible.

5) How long does it take to process an application?
Typically 5-7 business days, however, it can be quicker if all of the documents have been submitted with the application and we receive rental history and employment verifications quickly.

6) How much is the Application Fee?
$75.

7) If the property I am applying for is secured by someone else, will I receive a refund for my application fee?
No, but we can move your application to another available property. You will not need to apply again for a different property.
