1) Do you allow pets?
Unless the property listed says "No Pets Allowed", the property does allow pets. We do have some breed restrictions- German shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chows and any mixed breed with those may be restricted for the property.

2) What is the security deposit required?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent unless there are specific circumstances that require a different amount for an applicant. We also offer a third-party alternative called Obligo, which allows you to pay a fee instead of a traditional deposit. If your application is approved, you will receive a link with information on how to enroll.

3) What are your requirements to rent?
We require a rental application for every occupant who is 18 years of age or older. Additionally, a pet screening is required for each animal through PetScreening.com.

4) What is your credit score requirements?
We do not have a minimum credit score requirement to qualify for a rental. We review the details of the credit report itself, and certain items on the report may affect eligibility, but there is no specific score you must meet.
