1) What are the rental requirements?
Credit score 620 or higher. In some cases, exceptions may be made for scores down to the 580s. Income verification, gross monthly income 3 times the rent. For rommates the combined income must be 4 times the rent. Rental /Mortgage history, clean rental or mortgage is requiered, Background check

2) What is the pet fee policy?
We welcome pets in our rental homes. A monthly pet fee starting at $40 up to $70 is applied. The exact amount is determined through an optional screening process conducted by a third-party vendor.

3) What is the application fee?
The application fee is $75.00 per person. This applies to all tenants age 18 and older who will be living in the home.

4) Is the application fee refundable?
It is non-refundable since it covers the screening costs.

5) How long does the application process take?
Typically, 1-2 business days once all documents are submitted. Depends how complete the application is filled out.

6) Do you accept co-signers?
Yes, we do accept.

7) What utilities are included in the rent?
None, No utlities are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for connecting and paying all the utlities for the property.

8) Do you allow short-term leased?
We do not offer short-term leases. The minimun lease term is 12 months
