We proccess applications on a first come first serve basises

4) Who needs to apply?
Anyone 18 and older needs to apply.

5) What is the application fee?
We do not charge any application fees. There is a minmal fee to set up any pet screening profiles.

6) How long do I have to pay the deposit and sign the lease?
We require you to sign and pay the deposit and any rent due with in 48 hrs of application approval.
