1) Do you accept Section 8?
Currently, we are only accepting Section 8 applications for Lionsgate Apartments and Terrain Apartments in Greenville, SC. Unfortunately, our other properties are at full capacity under the Section 8 program. We encourage you to check back for updates on availability in the Section 8 program.

2) Do you or can you hold a property? How long can you hold a property?
We are able to hold a unit up to 30 days with a signed lease and a paid security deposit.

3) Do I have to have a showing before I apply?
All applicants are required to perform a showing prior to their application being processed.

4) How long is the lease term?
1. Minimum of 1 year unless otherwise specified on the listing. 2. For those looking for a longer lease term, they must apply and be approved first.

5) Do you accept pets?
Not all properties accept pets.
