Our non-refundable application fee is $100.00 per adult.

3) How much is the pet fee?
Our pet fees typically are $250.00 refundable deposit and $25.00 pet rent/per month. Some properties may vary.

4) Do you accept dangerous breed dogs?
Sorry but our properties do not allow for dangerous breed dogs.
