1) How much is the applicatoion fee?
A non-refundable application fee of $60.00 is required for each adult applicant aged 18 and older. 2) Can I submit my application now and pay the application fee later?
An application will not be deemed "complete" or processed until the following requirements have been met:A separate application has been fully completed and signed by you and each co-applicant.The application fee has been paid in full.If no specific item is marked, all requirements must be fulfilled for the application to be considered complete.

3) I plan to move out soon. How far in advance do I need to give notice, and how should I do it?
To move out, you are required to provide written notice at least 30 days in advance (or as specified in your lease agreement).You can submit your notice by:Email: Send your written notice to leasing@jnmrealty.com.Resident Portal: Log in to your AppFolio resident portal and submit your notice.In Person: Drop off your written notice at our office during business hours.Be sure to include your name, unit address, planned move-out date, and a forwarding address for your security deposit refund. 4) I am a new tenant and don’t know who my property manager is

5) I live with roommates and plan to move out, but they plan to stay. What is the process?
If you plan to vacate while your roommates remain in the unit, here’s the process to follow:Notify the leasing department: Provide written notice of your intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance (or as specified in your lease agreement). Include your name, unit address, and planned move-out date. Coordinate with Your Roommates: Ensure your roommates are aware of your plans and confirm they intend to remain on the lease.Lease Update (if necessary): The lease may need to be updated to remove your name.
