1) How long does it take to process an application?
Generally it takes 2-3 business days, additional information may be requested via email or text.

2) How much are the application fees?
Application fees are $100 per person, over the age of 18.

3) What is the income requirement?
Generally a prospective tenant must make 3x the rent as the total household income.

4) What is the minimum credit score?
Our minimum credit score is 600. If multiple applicants apply together we take the average of the group.

5) How much funds will I need to move in?
At a minimum we collect first months rent and a security deposit of that same amount. Other fees my apply which will be on the application itself.

6) Are there any pet fees?
Yes, unless it is a support animal, pet fees are $250 and not refundable and a monthly pet rent fee.

7) Do you allow evictions?
Tenants with an eviction in the last 3 years will not be approved.
