1) What are the requirements to rent from you?
We require a full application process including income verification, rental history, background check and credit report (we do not go by a specific score, we look at the report manually).

2) What is the total needed to move in?
We require a full first months rent and security deposit (same as first month rent). Sometimes we will require a double security deposit if necessary.
