We require documentation from a verifiable source, such as your physician or therapist.  Online documentation is not acceptable.

4) How long can you hold a property?
We can hold a property for up to 30 days from your deposit payment date for "available now" properties, or up to 30 days from the availability date of currently occupied properties.
