2) I'm in a hurry to find a rental and I don't have time to view it.  Can I apply without doing an in-person showing?
Applications are only accepted after you have completed your in-person showing.  Any applications received from prospective renters who haven't viewed the property will NOT be processed.

3) I work during the day, and I can't take time off work for a showing. Do you have after-hours or weekend appointments?
We work during the day, too, therefore we hold our in-person showing appointments during regular business hours.  We are usually showing our advertised properties while it's still occupied, and it's generally better to do this during the day.  Once a property becomes vacant, we may place a self-service lockbox on the property which would allow for a self-showing after-hours or on weekends.
