1) I am having trouble my lock box and/or the code is not working or I did not get a code?
If you have any issues with the self showing lock box during your showing please CALL OR TEXT our help line at 614-259-7076 for assistance during normal business hours or you may text our after hours emergency maintenance line at 614-768-2111 after business hours and on weekends. Be sure to include your name and the address of the home you are attempting to view as well as a phone number where you can be reached.

2) What are the qualifications to rent a home with Access More Property Management?

3) How do I apply for a home for rent with Access More Property Management?

4) How much is your application fee?
Application fees are $75.00 PER PERSON. Each person over 18 years of age MUST fill out their own application. Each person filling out an application MUST log in seperately and use their OWN individual email address. Please read these instructions above carefullly again BEFORE submitting an application. Applications filled out incorrectly or not inlcuding all parties over 18 or not including seperate and individual email addresses will be delayed in processing and/or not be  processed at all. **ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*

5) How do I reach your office during normal business hours?
You may call our office during normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday's from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The number to call is: 614-768-2106.
