1) How long does it take to get approved?
Our approval process can take up to a week; however, we typically will have a decision within several days.  You will be notified by email when our management team has made a decision.

2) What is your pet policy?
We do allow up to 2 pets with a pet deposit in most properties with refundable pet deposit, pet screening and pet rent. Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog, you must show proof of Renter’s Insurance with general liability coverage and list 4 Star Properties, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered.  Some dog breeds perceived as vicious breeds or mixture of vicious breeds are restricted (e.g., Pitbull, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinchers, Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Chow, Bullmastiff, Wolf-Hybrids, etc.
