1) How long will it take to approve my application?
Usually within 24 hours.  We need 1/2 of a business day to verify employment and rental history.  So if your application is submitted on a Friday afternoon through Sunday it usually will be Monday afternoon for an answer.

2) What are the qualifications you look for?
In order of importance are: 1. Verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent.  2. Positive Rent payment history with no more than two late payments in the last 12 months.  3. No evictions in the last five years.  4. Criminal Background check is evaluated. 5. Credit Reports will be evaluated with no excessive collection accounts (medical and student loan collections only will not be an issue) 6. No restrictive breeds of dogs...No cats...No Smoking

3) Will every adult need an application?
Yes.  Each adult over 18 years old will need their own application regardless of marital status.

4) What is your Pet Deposit?
We do not charge a Pet Deposit or initial Pet Fee.  You will be required to pay extra with your Security Deposit.  Depending on the size and age of your dog it can be $200 to $500 extra.  The good thing with that it is totally refundable according to the terms of the lease.

5) What is your Security Deposit?
Generally it is equilivant to one months rent.

6) Will I get my Security Deposit back after I vacate the property?
Absolutely!  We are big believers in returning 100% of your deposit.  As long as the vacating terms of the lease agreement are met.  Which includes leaving the home in the same or better condition as it was upon move in.

7) How do I pay the Security Deposit and rent payments?
We will provide a secured online payment portal for your payments.  It is ACH from your checking account.  Credit card payments are accepted with a transaction fee.

8) When will the Security Deposit be due?
It will need to be paid as soon you are accepted.  If longer than 24 hours the home will go back on the market.

9) How can I get an application?
Several ways.  You can go direct to our online application site at www.YukonApp.com.  If you scheduled a tour with our online scheduling site an online application link will be email to you in about an hour after the tour time.
