2) Do you allow pets?
Check the property information if the home allows for pets, what kind, and how many. If the property allows for pets, you submit a pet application here: https://rpmheritage.petscreening.com/

3) How long does it take to approve my application?
It can take up to 3 business days* to purchase and review credit history reports, background checks, and criminal history, contact your previous landlords, verify employment, and thoroughly review all submitted documents. We will be in contact with you every step of the way.*In some cases, the approval of common interest Associations, homeowners, or unforeseen circumstances may require a longer processing period.

4) Can you tell me if I'm approved?
We do not provide pre-screening approvals on people or pets without a submitted application. We recommend reading the information below to pre-screen yourself before submitting an application. If you meet the screening criteria, we highly recommend applying for the home.

5) What if my lease doesn't end for 2 months?
No rental property will be held vacant for more than 30 days without approval.

6) Are there any other fees?

7) Is my application fee refunded if I don't get accepted?
No. The application fee is non-refundable after application submission. If your application is approved, but another application was accepted first, you can transfer your application to another property at no cost.
