Frequently Asked Questions

1) What properties do you have and where are they located?
To see a list of our available properties, please visit our website at www.atlasrpm.com. You can also schedule your showing on our website.

2) What are your requirements?
Our rental requirements can be found on our website, www.atlasrpm.com, under the "Tenants" tab.

3) How do I schedule a showing?
To schedule a showing, visit our website at www.atlasrpm.com and click on the "Available Properties" tab. You can either scroll through until you find what you're interested in or type in the address. Once your desired property is pulled up, click on the "Schedule Showing"  and choose a self-showing tour or an agent tour.

4) How do I apply for a property?
The applications are located on our website, www.atlasrpm.com. Simply click the "Apply Now" tab located on the home page. There is also a link posted on each property page. The applications are valid for 60 days and can be transferred to any of our available properties. The application fee is non-refundable.

5) I've been approved, but the home I applied for is no longer available. What are my options?
Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes, but your application can be moved over to another property and is good for 60 days, so no need to reapply. We also approve you for a specific amount, not a specific property, which gives you more options. We do ask that you contact the Leasing Agent you have been working with so they can assit you in finding your perfect property.

6) How do I reserve a property?
The only thing that will reserve a property for you is the deposit and we operate on a first come, first served basis. Please contact your leasing agent to verify the home you are interested is still available and for additional instructions regarding the deposit. The deposit will always be the same dollar amount as the rental rate of the property you've chosen and must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Your deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours.

7) Do you allow pets?
We do allow pets. The pet fee is equal to one month's rent and can be broken down into four (4) monthly payments. This fee is non-refundable and covers up to three pets, which is the maximum amount we will allow. If your animal is a certified service animal or certified emotional support animal, the fee is waived once we receive the verfied documention. We have breed restrictions on Rottweilers and Pitbulls.

8) How much will it cost me to move into the home I've chosen?
We require the security deposit, which holds the property for up to 3 weeks, AND first month's rent in order to sign the lease. The first month's rent must be in the office by 8:00 a.m. on the morning of your scheduled signing. If you are required to pay anything other than the deposit and first month's rent, that must be in the office by 8:00 am on your lease signing day as well.

9) What if I change my mind and want my deposit back or want to move it to a different property?
Legally, you have 48 hours from when the deposit was dropped off to change your mind and get a full refund on your deposit OR move the deposit to a different property. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable (per the application that was signed) and can no longer be moved to a different property.

10) I dropped my deposit by the office. When can I move in?
We give you three weeks from the deposit date to have your first month's rent in the office and to sign your lease. Signings must be scheduled 24 hours in advance (your agent will schedule it for you) and all money must be in the dropbox by 8:00 a.m. on your signing day. Leases are sent out in the morning via DocuSign email

11) I'm ready to sign my lease. What do I need to do?
Contact your Leasing Agent to schedule your signing. All of the leases are sent and signed electronically via DocuSign email. In order to sign your lease, you must have all monies in the office by the time the office opens on the day of your signing.

12) Do you provide appliances for the home? What about utilities?
Appliances are the tenant's responsibilty. In certain circumstances, appliances may be present in the home. ARP does not maintain any liability for repair/replacement of the appliances. Utilities are also the responsibilty of the tenant.  While we do not guarantee that utilities are on when you move in to your property, it is likely that they are. After you sign your lease, the utilities are scheduled to turn off in 3 business days.
