1) I don't see a time available that works for me. Can I see it another time?
Yes! Just click 'Propose and alternative showtime' and you will be able to enter in three different times that work for you. We will confirm as soon as we can.

2) Is my application fee refundable?
No. Your application fee covers the cost of running a background check, so once we process your application, we will not be able to refund your fee.

3) I'm looking for a place in 4 months. Can I schedule something now?
No, it's a little too early. If you aren't looking to move within the next 4-6 weeks, we won't be able to hold a property for you, even with a security deposit, unless you are willing to start paying rent within this timeframe. Don't worry though, we always have lots of great properties available, all months of the year!
