1) Can you hold a place before I apply?
Sorry, unfortunately we cannot hold a property. It's important that you complete the application quickly to ensure you are first in line.

2) You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We use cutting edge technology to make the application process quick and easy for you. No more chasing down pay stubs or uploading files! Once you are ready to commit to renting the property, complete the Application Request Form and we will send a link to the application to you.

3) Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No. Paying a security deposit upfront is not required! During these times of uncertainty, we are offering two options. You may choose to pay a traditional refundable security deposit upfront or you may choose our Security Deposit Waiver Program and pay a small monthly fee.

4) Who needs a cosigner?
Students will be required to have a guarantor.

5) How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid online through our secure portal. You may pay via echeck, automatic ACH payments, or credit card. No more waiting for your check to clear!

6) Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner pays for repairs and maintenance issues unless they are caused by neglect from the Resident. For example, plumbing issues, such as clogged toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and drains are the result of misuse and would be the resident's responsibility.

7) Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome! We know your pet is a part of your family and want them to come along. You will complete our pet approval process prior to completing your application. Your pet will receive a paw score of 0 - 5 which will determine the monthly pet risk fee.
