1) Do you accept pets?
Yes, we do accept pets at most of our properties. Monthly pet fee is $100 for 1 small dog or up to 2 cats. There is also a pet deposit of 1/4 of the apartment rent deposit. We ask that you treat your pet and our property with respect by preventing damage, considering the peace of other tenants, and keeping our lawns free of dog waste so they look nice and provide clean areas for those who use them.

2) Do you accept housing?
Yes we accept Section 8, Region 4, Norfolk Housing, and other housing.

3) Do you accept ESA's?

4) How do I fill out an application?
Go to RentJAllen.com, click "Apply Now" on the property you want to apply for and fill out the application. If you like more than 1 property, that's ok, you only need to fill out 1 application in total, it will apply to all they properties you are interested in!

5) Do you have and 2 bedrooms available?

6) Do you have any 1 bedrooms available?

7) Are there any other fees?
Yes, an additional $60 monthly utility fee this covers water, sewer, and trash. You will be responsible to pay for electric, internet and cable individually.

8) Do you have furnished houses or apartments?
