1) What is the application fee?
Every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment must be on their own applicaiton. Co signers must also apply seprately. Our fees range depending on the area between $38-$48.

2) How long is the lease term?
Our standard lease is 12 months. We sometimes can accomodate shorter leases depending on the season, but we do not do month to month leases.

3) Do you accept pets?
Yes absolutely we accept pets. Cats are $25 per month. Dog monthly fees range based on breed and photo of the pet. Any other types of pets must be submitted for approval. There are no additional deposits for pets, only monthly fees.

4) What are your renter qualifications?

5) Do you accept co sigers or guarantors?
Yes. They will need to fill out an applications and pay the application fee, alongside the tenants for approval.

6) Are you accepting section 8 vouchers?
Yes of course.

8) Where will I sign my lease?
Once approved, the lease will be sent to your email online to each applicant and co signer (if applicable) and you will sign online?
