1) What is the application criteria?
If there is a specific credit score requirement for a property, it will be in the property listing, just scroll down past the description of the property. For our base application criteria for all of our rentals, click the "Application Criteria" button in the Showmojo listing for this property and scroll to the "Tenant Qualification and Requirements" button.

2) Why can't I talk on the phone to a human?
Due to record demand and limited supply of rental homes, we get contacted from hundreds of people a day, per rental listing. 95% of questions people have can be answered by reading the listing info and the application criteria. Due to the speed at which properties are getting rented, we encourage you to schedule a showing and ask any questions you may have via text after your showing.

3) I just want to know if the home is still available.
If you are still able to schedule a showing, the property is still available. Unless of course you managed to schedule your showing within the hour or so after the property got rented and before the listing was removed, in which case, you will be notified that your showing is cancelled due to the property being rented. If you scheduled your showing a few days in advance, and the home got rented, your showing will be cancelled.
