1) How long does it take to get approved?
You can be approved in as little as 24 hours depending on access to income, employment, and other verification from third parties.

2) Why do I need to provide a copy of my drivers license to schedule a tour?
This is part of the identity verification. It allows us to verify who is in the property and help prevent scams.

3) Why do I need to enable my location services for self guided tours?
This is a security policy. The system will not generate the code for access unless the device requesting the code is located at the property. This helps ensure that third parties can't use our self guided tour process to try and scam tenants.

4) Are we there yet?
No, but extremely close! Schedule a tour and put in an application and you could be there before you know it!
