1) Do you have breed restrictions?
No we do not! We enjoy our furry friends of all breeds, and allow them on our managed properties so you can enjoy the fun and joy they bring to a family. We do require pet screening, current vaccinations, pet deposits and pet rent on most properties.

2) So you take Section 8 or other housing vouchers?
Yes we do! We allow income from any source as long as you fully qualify on all other criteria.

3) So you allow short term leases?
Depends on the property and the lease requirements. We allow a minimum of 6-months leases and if you want a shorter term lease we can discuss that with you. We normally require a higher rent amount for short term leases. We also allow short term weekly/nightly rentals based on the current market rent. Call us if you have a need for a short term lease less than 6 months.
