1) Is this a studio apartment?
No, this is an all-inclusive private bedroom within a shared suite! The suites range from 4-6 bedrooms per suite.

2) Will I have a private bathroom?
We have bedrooms with private bathrooms, but also rooms with shared bathrooms (shared between 2-3 people total). Shared bathrooms would come at a reduced price, but please feel free to note your preference for your leasing agent.

3) Is there parking?
Our Co-Living buildings do not offer off-street parking, but they are located in residential areas with plentiful street parking!

4) What is included in the rent?
Just about everything--your rent covers your bedroom/bathroom space, all utilities, internet, furnishings, laundry, weekly cleanings, and even basic supplies like plates, silverware, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. Just bring your suitecase!
