1) Does this property accept vouchers or the Section 8 program?
We do participate in the HCV program. Voucher holders are free to apply for the property. We do not discriminate based on the source of the applicant's income. Please keep in mind a few points when deciding to apply; 1) All prospects are subject to the same screening criteria 2) If a prospect meets our screening criteria that prospect is approved and has 24 hours of exclusive rights to sign a lease for the full advertised market rent and send the initial required deposit of 2x the advertised market rent to secure the rental unit 3) In the event an approved prospect does not sign/deposit in 24 hours, the rental unit goes back on the market for other prospects to apply. The first approved prospect to sign a lease and send the deposit takes the property 4) An approved prospect can transfer an approved application to any other property under our management for up to 60 days after initial approval.

2) What documents should I include with my application if I am a voucher holder?
Make sure to include both pages of your RFTA. Please ensure both pages are fully visible and clear. Double check that your voucher is not expired and that the number of bedrooms matches the unit you are applying for.
