1) How do I know if a property is still available?
If a property has a signed lease and move in fees paid, the software removes it from our website. Normally this is done the same day the lease is signed. If a property is not available and you turn in an application, the fee can be transferred to another available property.
2) Do you accept pets?
Individual listings will be marked as pet friendly if pets can be accepted at that location. Pet friendly listings will still have limitations on the number of pets and dog breeds that we can accept. The number of pets we can accept varies depending on the size of the rental property. The full list of dog breeds that we cannot accept is located in our rental guidelines. Please provide your email address, and we can email you our rental guidelines. All prospective tenants must complete a pet-screening questionnaire regardless of whether they have currently have a pet or not.
3) Do you accept Section 8/Housing Choice/Ocala Housing Authority/OHA vouchers?
Unfortunately, only a few of the property owners we work with have chosen to accept Section 8 Housing Choice vouchers at this time. Any properties that the owners have signed up to accept vouchers on do not have tenants that are moving out any time soon. If we have a property that the owner has opted to accept section 8 vouchers, it will be clearly marked on the listing.
