1) Do you allow pets?
This is on a case-by-case basis. However, all applicants must go to SDPM.petscreening.com for pet screening EVEN if they do NOT have pets so we know your status. ESA animals are documented through sdpm.petscreening.com, and household pets are registered there for owner approval.

2) How old do you have to be to apply?
Each occupant 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application.Applications will not be processed until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid for their application.

3) How long will it take to get an answer about my application?
Once ALL applicants 18 years and older have completed their applications, then our staff can usually respond in 1 – 3 business days depending on weekends and holidays. The applications are completed online, documentation is provided online and the information is available nearly immediately for review then the rental and employment verification follows. Once the review is completed, a formal response will be communicated to the applicants – via email or phone. AFTER ALL documentation has been submitted, you may follow up at 407 987 5033.
