1) What deposit and fees are due at lease signing?
Upon lease signing, the security deposit and move-in/cleaning fee is due. The security deposit is 1.5x monthly rent. The move-in/cleaning fee is $150-$350 (depending on # of rooms). There are also pet fees, if applicable.

2) What are the pet fees?
A non-refundable pet deposit ($100-$1,000) & monthly pet rent ($20-$100) per pet will apply, depending on the type and weight of the pet.
