1) Who needs to apply?
All people over the age of 18 living in the unit need to submit an application.

2) How much is the application fee?
The fee is $40 for each application.

3) What is the income requirement?
We require proof of 12 months of income leading up to the application date in the amount equal to 3x the monthly rent. If there are multiple people applying to live in the apartment together, then this income level can be a combined amount between all people over the age of 18 living in the apartment. Please make sure to provide as many pay stubs as possible below.

4) Is there a background check?
Yes, we run a background check which includes eviction and criminal history as well as a credit check. Do not apply if you have any eviction history or criminal history involving drugs or violence. This is included in the $40 fee.

5) What is the smoking policy?
All of our apartments are DRUG-FREE AND SMOKE-FREE
