1) Do you accept Section 8 / Housing Vouchers
Currently, none of the homes we lease are eligible for housing vouchers.

2) Are Occupied homes available for showings
Yes, but an approved rental application is required prior to showing.   You can submit an application online and it is good for any home Rental Home KC offer for 60 days.   Showings for occupied homes require a minimum of 24 hours notice

3) Do you do lockbox self-showings
No, a Rental Home KC agent will meet you at the home for the tour.

4) ARE SHOWIINGS AVAILABLE FOR OCCUPIED HOMES
All properties are available for showings.  Showings at vacant homes may be scheduled on-line.  Please call our leasing office at 913-475-7141 to schedule showings at homes that are currently occupied.  An approved application is required prior to showings at occupied homes.   Once a showing is scheduled, a Rental Home KC agent will go to the home. prepare it for showing, then lock up after you are finished.
