1) Do you accept Section 8 / Housing Vouchers
Currently, none of the homes we lease are eligible for housing vouchers.

2) Are Occupied homes available for showings
Yes, showings for occupied homes require a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will be asked to propose 3 showing dates/times. We will coordinate with the current occupants, and contact you to schedule an appointment.

3) Do you do lockbox self-showings
No, a Rental Home KC agent will meet you at the home for the tour.

4) ARE SHOWIINGS AVAILABLE FOR OCCUPIED HOMES
All properties are available for showings. Showings at vacant homes may be scheduled on-line. Please call our leasing office at 913-475-7141 to schedule showings at homes that are currently occupied. Once a showing is scheduled, a Rental Home KC agent will go to the home. prepare it for showing, then lock up after you are finished.
