1) When can I tour?
Tours run on Saturdays and Sundays. Pick any open time on the listing page to book instantly, and you'll get a confirmation by text and email right away.

2) Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome at all of our current homes.

3) How do I apply?
Applications are completed online through RentSpree. Use the Apply link on the listing page, or ask us for it after your tour. Completed applications are sent to the owner for review the same day all documents are received.

4) What are the lease terms and deposit?
Leases run 12 to 24 months, and the security deposit is one month's rent.

5) Is parking included?
These homes don't include a dedicated parking space. Each listing page shows the details for that home.
