1) How much is the application fee?
We require a separate application from each adult (18 or older) that will be living in the home.  The fee is $35 per application.

2) Do you accept housing vouchers?
If the property is eligible for Section 8 housing vouchers, it will be noted in the listing.  We do work with other local housing agencies on most of our properties as well.
